TuSanfermin grew out of a personal connection with Pamplona and its festival: a desire to look beyond the obvious and take time to share what makes each moment special.
A local perspective on a festival that draws huge crowds, with context, comfort, safety and time to feel that you, too, are part of what is happening.

There is more to San Fermín than the crowds: it lives in the people, balconies and stories that bring everyone together in Pamplona each July.
TuSanfermin was created to guide that first encounter and turn it into a personal, thoughtful and welcoming experience.

Pamplona, since 1993.
I arrived in Pamplona in 1993 to begin my studies. That first summer, now 33 years ago, I watched my first Running of the Bulls and spent twenty-four hours immersed in the festival. I clearly remember thinking: ‘This festival leaves its mark on you.’ I wished everyone could experience San Fermín at least once.
Since then, I have watched many bull runs and experienced many San Fermín festivals. I am still fascinated by this international, cosmopolitan celebration, where, on eight mornings at 8:00, so many people follow the run and the tension felt by those running ahead of the bulls.
I would never encourage anyone to take part in the Running of the Bulls. But I do believe it can be enjoyed from a privileged perspective, calmly and safely, from our balconies along the route.
Every July brings something new to discover.

2011 · the project grows
It is not about being in the front row.
In 2011, I founded encierropamplonafiesta.com. With a local team, we set out to introduce Pamplona’s festival and its surroundings through the eyes of those who live here, offering privileged access to extraordinary moments and the care of local experts.
Our work is about making it possible to truly enjoy a large-scale cultural celebration first-hand, with comfort and safety. We listen to every request and recommend a perspective, a moment and a pace suited to each person.

We share the best of San Fermín: VIP balconies with privileged locations and views for the Running of the Bulls, the Chupinazo, the procession, the farewell of the Giants and Pobre de mí. These are moments that can be difficult to arrange on your own when the city is full.
The experience can also extend beyond the festival, with local activities centred on food, landscapes and art. To explore outside Pamplona, discover the Kingdom of Navarre or continue towards the Basque Country and the French Basque Country with Fusion North Spain.
Whenever I have the opportunity, I talk about the privilege of sharing the essence of unique celebrations such as San Fermín in Pamplona, the Venice Carnival, a carefully curated holiday in Tuscany or Holy Week in Seville.
Our experiences are for those seeking an impeccable private visit, as well as those who want to rediscover the festival without queues and from the best viewpoint. The ultimate aim is simple: to bring you closer to a community’s culture and create an experience that stays with you.
