What happens? The Chupinazo opens San Fermín on 6 July; the following day, the city begins the rhythm of the runs and the San Fermín procession.

02At the heart of San Fermín8 - 12 JulyRunning of the Bulls, the Comparsa, peñas and street life.+
What happens? The festival reaches its most intense rhythm: each morning starts with the run, while the rest of the day fills with music, Giants and Bigheads, peñas and encounters across the city.
What is useful to know? Not every part of San Fermín is experienced in the same way. Some moments are full of energy; others are ideal for discovering culture, food or neighbourhoods at a gentler pace.

03The farewell and what remains13 - 14 JulyThe final run, tradition and Pobre de mí.+
What happens? The final days bring together the last run, traditional events and the farewell of Pobre de mí, when the city closes the festival by singing with candles alight.
What is useful to know? It is a particularly moving part of San Fermín and a good opportunity to come closer to its rituals beyond the best-known moments.
How do we support you? We suggest a way to close the journey with context, time and an attentive look at what remains when the festival ends.

01What is the San Fermín festival?+
San Fermín is Pamplona’s great annual celebration, dedicated to its patron saint and lived in the streets from 6 to 14 July. The Chupinazo, the Running of the Bulls, the Comparsa, music and Pobre de mí are among its most recognisable rituals.
02What is Basque, and why is it part of this experience?+
Basque is the language of the Basque Country and is co-official there alongside Spanish; it also has a recognised presence in part of Navarre. Hearing it, seeing it on signs and learning a few words is a natural way to approach the local culture.
03When does the San Fermín festival take place?+
San Fermín is celebrated in Pamplona from 6 to 14 July. The Chupinazo opens the festival on 6 July at 12:00 and Pobre de mí bids it farewell at midnight on 14 July. The exact programme changes each year, so we refine every proposal using the official calendar.
04What time is the Running of the Bulls, and where is best to watch it?+
The Running of the Bulls takes place each morning from 7 to 14 July at 08:00. The choice of balcony depends on what you want to experience: Santo Domingo offers the fast start; Mercaderes–Estafeta, the most technical turn; and Estafeta, some of the longest and most visible runs.
05What does a balcony experience include?+
We select private locations with a carefully considered view and shape the experience around each moment. Depending on the proposal, this may include early access, a welcome, breakfast or an aperitif, local recommendations and support before the day begins.
